Are Logos included in the price?
All prices include decoration as shown. Some items may have options for additional decoration at an additional charge. Please see individual product descriptions for more information.
What size should I order?
Item size charts are available for reference. Please contact us if you would like further information.
When will I receive my order?
Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, typically within a few business days. However, each item is customized with your logo so it may take 2 -3 weeks in some instances. Orders are typically delivered 1-2 days after shipping. Local pick-up is not available.
How does my order ship?
Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Please leave a note in the cart if you have a preference.
What if my package shows as "Delivered" but I still don't have it?
If your package is lost in a "transit" status, we will be happy to work with you to coordinate a free replacement. If your package shows as "delivered", but you still have not received it, we highly encourage you to work with USPS to understand if the delivery was made to an adjacent address or held at the post office. Many times your delivery person will have this information.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it's being delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we cannot replace the order at our expense.

Can I return my order?
Items in new, re-sellable condition may be returned for store credit. Some restrictions apply including custom items and event items. Please contact us for more information.

In most cases, refunds are issued as a store credit. Please contact us if you need an exchange or return.
