School Uniform FAQ
Are Logos included in the price?
All prices include school logos required by your school. Please see individual product descriptions to determine if the logo is included.
What size should I order?
School uniform size samples are available at most schools. Contact Exquisite Stitches or your school office for more information.
When will I receive my order?
Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, typically within a few business days. However, each item is customized with your logo so it may take 2 -3 weeks in some instances. During the busy summer months, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Orders are typically delivered 1-2 days after shipping. Store pick-up is not available.
How does my order ship?
Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. If you have a preference, please let us know.

What if my package shows as "Delivered" but I still don't have it?
If your package is lost in a "transit" status, we will be happy to work with you to coordinate a free replacement. If your package shows as "delivered", but you still have not received it, we highly encourage you to work with USPS to understand if the delivery was made to an adjacent address or held at the post office. Many times, your delivery person will have this information.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it's being delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we cannot replace the order at our expense.

Can I return my order?
Discontinued items are final sale - no refunds or exchanges. Items in new, re-sellable condition may be returned for store credit. Items need to be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Some restrictions apply.
Returns and Refunds:
In most cases, refunds are issued as store credit.
